Order Processing and Delivery Times

Personalized Sips by Box Subscription

Personalized Sips by Boxes are curated and packed by our TEAm every week.  Each Sips by Box ordered is personalized to the individual preferences of the Subscriber. When a new subscription is triggered, processing time can take up to 10 days, and shipping can add an additional 2-7 days for US recipients and 5-10 days for Canadian recipients. Sips by Box orders should be expected to arrive 12-17 days AFTER the date of order for US recipients and 15-20 days for Canadian recipients.

Shipping time depends on the location shipped to, and typically ranges from 2 to 7 days for locations in the US, and to 10 days for locations in Canada.


Tea Shop

Orders from the Tea Shop are processed and shipped within 3-10 business days. This time may be extended during high volume times of year.

Domestic and International Shipping

Sips by® currently ships to all 50 states in the US and all territories in Canada. We are unable to offer additional shipment locations at this time. 

Shipping for orders is priced individually, based on location and shipment weight.


Refunds and Returns

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please email us at support@sipsby.com immediately so that we can correct the problem. Please note that it may take us longer than usual to reply during especially busy periods.

Subscription boxes and gift cards are not eligible for returns. Please email us at support@sipsby.com with concerns or questions.

Tracking information and Delivery Delays

Factors outside of our control (service outages, carrier delays, staff availability) may extend the time it takes for orders to complete delivery. You will receive an email containing tracking information once your item has shipped. You may also find this information, once it is available, by logging to your MYSIPS profile here.
